We are a not-for-profit charity that provides support to current and former police officers from all around Australia. We are an independent organisation and as such we are not affiliated with any Australian police service or government department.
WHAT WE DO
Psychology Services
Our in-house psychology clinic Elevation Psychology is open to see current and former police officers and family members. Connect with them by clicking here.
Peer Support
We run peer support groups for current and former police officers and their families. These groups have been running since 2018 and are currently expanding throughout the country.
Social Connection
We run a range of social, sporting and adventure activities. Events include coffee catch-ups, family fun days, hikes, bike rides, barbecues, golf days, 4WD trips, camping trips and international treks.
Drop In Centre & Social Club
Our drop-in centre and social club is available for all current and former police officers and their families. Enjoy a coffee with mates or drop by on the weekend for lunch or to watch the footy on the big screens. Keep an eye out for dates and times.
Fitness Gym
We also boast a subsidised, fully functional fitness gym for Blue HOPE consumers. Completed in 2020, our gym will be staffed by volunteers with classes run by a number of highly respected tactical operators and physical fitness trainers.
Education & Training
We run education seminars about a range of topics including nutrition, mental health, managing your finances and legal matters. We also have a number of guest speakers who share their knowledge and wisdom on a regular basis.
Career Transition
We have joined forces with a number of specialist organisations to provide access to programs designed to assist current and former police officers in the transition to another career.
Legal Services
Our legal team from Optimum Legal are available to provide information about a range of legal issues ranging from family law to workers compensation matters.
