Yoga has been used for centuries to assist with flexibility, building strength and providing overall benefits to the mind and body. It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation, and several poses to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. It is of particular benefit to police due to the power of inducing feelings of peace and tranquility whilst improving your flexibility, core strength and muscle tone.
